Information about COVID-19

Keeping Ear Medical Group patients and employees safe during these times is our number one priority. When you visit our offices, you can be sure that will keep you comfortable and healthy. Whether you receive care in person or virtually, you can count on receiving the same top-quality care you know to expect from the Ear Medical Group.

We have taken the following steps to protect everyone during your visit:

  • Face Masks: To enter our practices, you must be wearing a mask or face covering that covers both your nose and mouth. We recommend wearing n95, kn95, surgical, or fabric mask with two or more layers to your appointment.
  • Social Distancing: We are staggering appointments and making sure a limited number of patients are in the waiting room at any given time.
  • Screening: We will ask all of our patients about symptoms they have related to COVID-19 and about any exposures that they may have had. We are also doing temperature checks on arrival. Our employees are screened daily to ensure your safety.

If you think you may have COVID-19, or if you have had contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, call your primary care physician. They can determine if you are in need of testing. If you do not have a primary care physician, please visit the emergency room or an urgent care clinic.

We ask that if you are feeling unwell that you reschedule your appointment or request a virtual Telehealth appointment.
